Here is the page of a really funny and good chef, has a lot of recipies and it's always fun to look at if you need an idea for something different and original. He is quite popular and famous in greece due to a tv show but none here in Spain knows him. If you have the opportunity to watch the show do it, is much more useful and fun than the book instructions.
The truth is that I have his book and I tried some of the recipies on it, not all of them went as great as I thought but not bad either.... Have fun!
